Change of Mind Returns As our products are consumable pet food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nahlas.tail@gmail.com Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Perishable & Food Safety For the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.
